From our promoters to the craftsmen who work on our buildings, the commitment to quality remains unchanged. We work together as an integrated team from concept to completion. This high degree of interaction between architectural design, structural design, and the construction teams ensures that every little detail gets the close attention it deserves. Our teams include skilled craftsmen from all parts of the country. This includes carpenters, floor and tile laying masons, formwork and shuttering carpenters from North Bengal. Our promoters are professionals who have received degrees in Engineering, Architecture and Management at Bangladesh's best institutes. Here's a quick look at their biographies:

Abul K. Azad is a Founder of this Company. He has been in the construction industry for over 22 years including 12 Years in foreign (U.S.A) service. He has traveled through the United States, Canada, Asia and Europe before he established this company. His development and construction resume includes the high and low-rise Apartment Building design and construction, food grain storage facilities construction, land development design and construction, sewer and water line design and construction management work. With his broad range of construction experience, Mr. Azad brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every project.
Mr. Azad success as a leading local construction developer is based on a commitment to teamwork and a sincere interest in helping his clients achieve their objectives. As chairman, Mr. Azad provides leadership in setting goals, process and direction for ATLANTA HOUSING LTD.
He has Masters Degree from Ehime University, Japan with a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Also he has professional Engineering License from U.S.A Engineering licensee Board. Before starting ATLANTA HOUSING LTD, Mr. Azad served in Fulton County Governments, Public works department as an Engineer-III in tactical superintend Engineer, United States of America (U.S.A). Mr. Azad's other passions are reading novels and traveling.
Md. Enayat Hossain is a Co-Founder of this Company. He has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. He oversees the management of companywide field and office activities with practical knowledge of the construction process; Mr. Hossain provides strong support to field managers and office staff.
Mr. Hossain's contributions most often include value-engineering, client and contract administration, job cost control, pre-construction services, and daily supervision of project start-up and close-out concerns. Mr. Hossain is a 1996 B.A. Degree from Dhaka University, Bangladesh. Before starting ATLANTA HOUSING LTD, Mr. Hossain served in Ahmed Amin Group as an Executive.
Mrs. Nasima Akhter is a Co-Founder of this Company. She has been in the construction industry for over 4 years. Mrs. Akhter has been involved company development, oversees the management and integration of companywide office activities. Mrs. Akhter provides strong support to office staff.
Mrs. Akhter has Masters Degree from Dhaka University, Bangladesh with a degree in Islamic History and Culture. Before starting ATLANTA HOUSING LTD, Mrs. Akhter served in Apple in a Day, A private School as a Teacher. United States of America (U.S.A). Her passions are reading books and traveling.
