Natural Materials:

We are focused on creating both natural and physical environments that are in harmony with their surroundings. It is our attempt to give our buildings a character that is essentially grounded in nature. Our use of natural construction materials like manmade wire-cut bricks are exposed form finished concrete, we believe, has added a new dimension to building aesthetics. Besides being maintenance-free, these natural materials age beautifully and the passage of time gives them a life and character of their own.

Bringing the outdoors In:

 In keeping with our core philosophy, we seek to integrate our spaces with the outdoors and always endeavor to bring the outdoors in. We like natural light and wind to bring our home and create natural environment.
Our projects are distinguished by creeper covered pergolas and verdant landscaping. Every apartment has a terrace garden that give the owners their own little patch of outdoors right at home.

High Technology Construction:

We are going to provide the DOKA system of formwork. For our clients, this translates into the assurance of high quality, long lasting and more efficient construction.
The DOKA system essentially consists of wooden I-section beams and steel props, tripods, beam forming heads, beam forming supports and various other components. In the DOKA system, 12mm and 19mm shuttering grade plywood is used in place of steel sheets. With this equipment, we are able to achieve a form finish for our RCC work, which subsequently does not need to be plastered. In fact the exterior face of the RCC is left completely exposed, without plaster or even paint.

In-House Construction Teams:

We do not sub-contract the construction of our buildings to other contractors. From construction to woodwork, casting, painting, flooring, tiles, brick work, plumbing, & electrical work, we use our own skilled teams that come from different parts of the country. By doing this, we are able to ensure quality and control costs: benefits that we pass on to our clients.
